OC Kalguksu

O's Kalguksu, located in Samseong-dong, Daejeon, is a kalguksu restaurant that makes its broth with surf clams. When you order mulchong (surf clam soup), you will be surprised by the generous amount of surf clams piled high above the pot. The broth, boiled with anchovies and surf clams, is given a spicy kick that elevates the otherwise mild flavor. In addition, since the restaurant does not accept reservations through apps such as Tabling, you must visit and take a number ticket. There is also a waiting room on the second floor.
