Cheongsong Bon-gwan Hamheung Naengmyeon

Cheongsong Bon-gwan Hamheung Naengmyeon, located in Yeonhui-dong, is a Hamheung-style naengmyeon restaurant that uses noodles made from pressed starch. It mainly uses potatoes, which are abundant in the Hamgyeong-do region. The dough is prepared in advance, and a chef with over 20 years of experience pulls the noodles fresh to order. In addition, all side dishes are made in-house, and the wang-mandu (large dumplings) are hand-folded. It also offers a variety of menus such as suyuk and hongeo-hoe, making it a well-known favorite among locals.
