The chicken radish and seasoning sauce are made in-house rather than store-bought, and only fresh whole chickens are purchased from Harim three times a week to ensure quality control. This is a place where the owner's efforts to uphold management principles of fresh whole chicken, good oil, temperature control, and proper aging period stand out.
