Nonsan Strawberry Festival

Held every year in Nonsan, Chungcheongnam-do, the Nonsan Strawberry Festival is one of Korea’s premier festivals celebrating a regional specialty. As the nation’s leading strawberry-producing area, Nonsan has built a stable production base and efficient distribution network. Building on these strengths, the festival has evolved into an industry-oriented event that integrates agriculture, food processing, and tourism. The festival features strawberry sales and tastings, hands-on experience programs, performances, exhibitions, and industry networking events. It is distinguished by the active participation of local farmers and small business owners, who play a central role in its operation. Designated as a Cultural Tourism Festival by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism for 2026–2027, the festival is also expanding its international reach and strengthening industry partnerships in preparation for the 2027 International Strawberry Industry Expo.

소비자 참여 프로그램 : 딸기 수확 체험, 딸기잼·디저트 만들기 체험, 어린이·가족 체험존, SNS 참여 이벤트 및 스탬프 투어, 체류형 연계 관광 프로그램(인근 관광지 투어 연계)
기타 내용 : 외국인 관광객 대상 다국어 안내 운영, 글로벌 푸드존 및 푸드트럭 운영, 지역 간 관광 연계 프로그램 운영, 안전·위생 관리 강화, ESG 기반 친환경 축제 운영
