Gwangmyeong Cave Light Festival

The 2026 4th Gwangmyeong Cave Light Festival is a participatory light festival held in the Gwangmyeong Cave area. This year's festival, under the theme of 'Forest of Light, Awakening Life', creates a space where light and life blend together, and is an event designed so that citizens and visitors can enjoy and participate in various contents together. During the festival period, the opening ceremony, drone light shows, and various performances take place, and programs in which visitors can directly participate, such as experiences, exhibitions, and markets, are also operated. At the event site, a main stage and media contents, as well as experience booths, environmental campaign booths, and rest areas are prepared, and a food zone for selling and operating food is also operated. It is a festival designed so that citizens and visitors can enjoy the festival and think together about the value of nature and the environment through the spatial characteristics of Gwangmyeong Cave, attractions using light, performances, and experience contents.
