Mangyeongchon Village

Mangyeongchon Village is a rural experience village established with the purpose of providing direction for youth to develop good character, utilize their God-given talents, and grow into creative talents. It is a rural experiential learning space that operates a food making program and lodging using garlic, shiitake mushrooms, and beans, which are local specialties of Uiseong-gun. The school was equipped with on-site experiential learning facilities and was designated as a rural character school by Uiseong City by providing character education through youth's rural experience and food making experience in connection with free semester programs and after-school programs. We operate 10 lodgings of various sizes that can accommodate from 5 to a maximum of 15 people, and we make black garlic Yeonyanggaeng to research and distribute food using local agricultural products. We run food experience programs such as making flower tea and rice cake, and provide group experiences for 20 or more people.
