Byukchoji Gardens

벽초지수목원은 설렘, 신화, 모험, 자유, 사색 그리고 감동의 주제로 만들어진 27개의 동양적 그리고 서양적 정원들을 한 폭의 그림과 같이 어우러지게 담아놓은 원예수목원이다. 수목원 중앙에 위치한 설렘의공간을 중심으로 왼편에는 벽초지 연못가 주변으로 동양식 정원들이, 오른편에는 말리성의문을 들어서며 시작하는 서양식 정원들로 조성되어져 있다. 약 1000여종의 식물들과 함께 사계절 변화하는 수목원의 모습은 ''아가씨'', ''마성의기쁨'', ''호텔 델루나'', ''슈퍼맨이돌아왔다'' 등 매년 수십편의 영화, CF, MV, 드라마로 담겨지고 있다. 또한, 벽초지수목원의 관람로와 정원들은 대부분 평지 위에 조성되어 있어 남녀노소 편하게 관람할 수 있다.

Majanghosu Suspension Bridge

깔끔하게 조성된 공원과 분수대를 감상하며 곳곳에 쉬어갈 수 있게 마련된 벤치, 야생화가 가득한 하늘계단, 마장호수 관광의 또 다른 재미의 수상레저(카누, 카약), 호수 둘레길이 낭만적인 곳으로 주말가족, 연인들의 나들이 장소로 제격이다.산과 호수를 끼고 있어 물빛과 낙조가 주변 군락목과 푸른산과 조화를 이루고 있는 모습이 아름다워, 답답한 일상에서 벗어나 자연의 품속에 파묻힌 듯한 편안한 휴식을 취할 수 있는 파주 대표적인 자연관광지이다.

Paju Jangdan Bean Village

Jangdan Soybean Village is a slow food experience village, an agricultural corporation established with the village members to protect our soybeans and our agricultural products and to share them with many people. It has held the Jangdan Soybean Festival every year, and the cultivated area in the Jangdan region reaches 200,000 pyeong per year.
The harvest yields 1,500 gama in 70kg units, of which 1,000 gama are processed and sold as doenjang and cheonggukjang, and 500 gama are sold directly through the internet and the Jangdan Soybean Festival. Various experiences are available at Jangdan Soybean Village.

Jeongok Prehistory Musuem

The Jeongok Prehistory Museum is an archaeological site museum built at the Jeongok-ri Paleolithic Site, a historic site that rewrote the history of world Paleolithic research through the discovery of East Asia's first Acheulean-type hand axe. Centered on Paleolithic artifacts such as the Acheulean-type hand axes excavated from the Jeongok-ri Paleolithic Site, the exhibition spaces are organized with artifacts of various themes so that visitors can systematically understand human evolution and Paleolithic culture.

Imjingang Broom Cypress Park

Imjingang Daepsari Park is a park created on a site of about 30,000㎡ in front of the dolmen tombs of Samgot-ri, Yeoncheon, where about 20,000 daepsari (kochia) plants have been planted. Besides daepsari, you can also see various flowers such as yellow-flowered cosmos, chrysanthemums, zinnias, globe amaranth, marigolds, periwinkles, and cannas. Daepsari, which has the flower meaning of 'humble, pure beauty,' turns red from late August and is dyed pink, red, and orange from early September, creating a unique atmosphere. Imjingang Daepsari Park is a place where you can quietly enjoy nature with family and lovers while taking photos of a lifetime, and as it is located near Seoul, a day trip is possible. Nearby, you can also visit the Typhoon Observatory and the Gunnam Flood Control Facility Crane Theme Park.

Soisan

소이산은 평야에 우뚝솟은 362m의 작은산으로 때묻지 않은 자연과 넓은 평야를 내려다 보는 정상전망은 그 위용을 자랑한다. 고려시대부터 외적의 출연을 알리던 제 1로 봉수대가 위치한 공간으로 한국전쟁 이전 화려했던 구 철원의 역사를 기억하고 있을 철원역사의 중심이다.
또한 소이산 생태숲 녹색길이 조성되어 있다. 그동안 소이산은 군사통제구역을 벗어나 지뢰밭과 민간인 통제 구역에 갇혀 수십년간 사람의 발갈을 거부해 왔다. 그러나 육군 제3007부대(6사단)와의 오랜 소이산 개방협의와 적극적인 협조로 민관군이 하나되어 지금의 길을 열어놓았다.
지뢰지대의 안전과 지역의 특수성을 고려한 휀스설치는 자연 그대로의 울창한 산림과 어우러 지며 때묻지 않은 자연 생태계는 찾는 이에게 큰 마음의 안식을 주고 있다.

Goseokjeong Flower Field

This is a flower garden created near Goseokjeong, a representative tourist attraction in Cheorwon. Colorful flowers in red, yellow, and purple—such as cockscomb, sunflowers, kochia (bassia broom), Korean chrysanthemums, buckwheat flowers, zinnias, and globe amaranths—each show off their own beauty. Wherever you take a photo, you can capture clear and beautiful pictures.
