Paju Spiel 2026

Paju Spiel is an outdoor board game festival that recreates the excitement of Spiel in Essen, Germany—the world's largest board game festival—in Paju. Operated by Korea Boardgames, a board game specialist company, it has grown steadily since its first edition in 2023 and has now become a large-scale regional festival with 20,000 participants. The festival takes place amid the exotic scenery of the Gyeonggi Future Education Paju Campus, away from the cramped indoor exhibition halls of the city. 'Board Game Outing,' enjoying board games in a beautiful garden under the warm spring sunshine, is the unique identity of Paju Spiel.
It can be enjoyed by everyone from board game enthusiasts to beginners and family visitors, regardless of age or gender. Now in its 4th year, Paju Spiel 2026 has gone beyond a simple board game festival to establish itself as a representative spring cultural attraction where families' laughter never stops.
