Uil Myeonok

This is a naengmyeon (cold noodle) specialty restaurant in Goeup-dong, Yangju-si, Gyeonggi-do. It started as a local favorite and has now opened a new annex building a 5-minute drive away. The main branch has floor seating, while the annex has table seating. The menu focuses solely on arrowroot naengmyeon, with mul (water) and bibim (spicy mixed) as the signature dishes. There is naengssago, meat to wrap and eat with the noodles, and potato dumplings as a side menu. Cooking begins as soon as an order is placed, so wait times can be long when many customers arrive at once.
