Gapo Coastal Park

Gapo Coastal Park, located at the end of Gaposin-hangdae-ro in Masanhappo-gu, Changwon-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, offers sweeping views of the sea and sunrise, making it a popular destination for sunrise tourists at the start of each new year. The park, where visitors can walk while looking out over the coast, features dirt walking paths, wooden decks, a coastal observation deck, and pavilions, making it a great place to visit with family or a partner. Walking along the coastal road, Machang Bridge comes into view at a glance, and at night visitors can enjoy the splendid night view of Machang Bridge. Benches and tables are placed throughout so visitors can rest and enjoy simple food. Following the wooden deck walking path leads to Gapo Waterside Park. It is also famous as a date course for couples, and those visiting in the evening should be sure to see Machang Bridge and the beautiful night view from the skywalk observation deck.
