Bubu Hoetjip (Bubu Sashimi Restaurant)

Bubu Hoetjip is a raw fish restaurant located opposite Jangan Neighborhood Park at the Jangan-dong three-way intersection in Seoul. There is no dedicated parking lot, so when using a car, it is convenient to use the nearby neighborhood park parking lot or public transportation. Bubu Hoetjip's signature menu is Gajinhang Mulhoe. The interior of this restaurant, popular among locals as well, is spacious, but it fills up early. Especially during the summer mulhoe season, you have to wait not only for dining in but also for takeout. On weekends and public holidays, you cannot eat in the store and only takeout sales are available.
