Sayouwon

Sayuwon is a tranquil space for contemplation, where weathered trees, sculptures that embody the spirit, and beautiful architecture coexist. It's more than just a botanical garden; it's a place where you can wander, reflect on yourself, and engage in deep thought – a true "garden of contemplation." Architects Seung Hyo-sang, Álvaro Siza, and Choi Wook, along with landscape architect Jeong Young-sun and calligrapher Wei Liang, among other experts in their respective fields, participated in the creation of Sayuwon. Notable spaces include Soyoheon, Myeongjeong, and Pungsul Gicheonyeon. Yoga programs are offered and require advance reservations.
