It is a luxurious resort operated by Ananti Code Golf Club, a golf course located in Seorak-myeon, Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi-do. It has an indoor swimming pool, an open-air bath, a communal swimming pool equipped with a sauna, a space where children can experience and play, and a large-scale restaurant with 158 seats that offers a buffet in the morning and a single menu for lunch and dinner. There is a cafe overlooking the golf course and lake, and the facilities of House A with 80–130 seats where weddings, concerts, and seminars can be held, and some rooms have private pools inside. Cooking is not allowed in the rooms, and guests must use room service or the restaurant. There is a 30–40 minute healing walking course and a 2-hour hiking course. Along the nearby Byeokgyecheon Stream, there are several campsites.
