영월에 위치한 에이플은 건강과 환경을 생각하는 비건 베이커리 카페이다. 글루텐프리와 비건 베이커리를 매장에서 직접 굽는다. 동물성 식품은 물론 백밀가루와 백설탕도 지양하고 있다. 카페 메뉴 또한 설탕시럽을 사용하지 않고 비정제원당 시럽을 사용하며 두유와 우유 옵션 선택이 가능하다. 베이커리 및 음료 포장 시에도 환경을 생각한 생분해 가능한 일회용품으로 제공된다.
