Hyundai Premium Outlet SPACE 1 is Korea's first gallery-type outlet that combines cultural and artistic elements such as art galleries and parks with a conventional suburban outlet. It features MOKA Garden (MOKA Library, MOKA Play, Jaime Hayon Garden) designed by world-renowned designer Jaime Hayon, Art Square (Choi Jeong-hwa's The Star) with works by top domestic artists, and Cube Square (Shim Jae-hyun's Carnivalia 2020). In addition, with a space composition that consumes time, it has strengthened experiential tenants such as MOKA Garden, Heundi House (Pet Park), Trampoline Bounce, Megabox, Sports Club, and Book Cafe.
The main spaces include Water Square, Cube Square, Art Square, Cooking Terrace, Sports Club, and Camping Garden, and domestic and international brands are located here, including overseas fashion brands and Nike and Adidas factory stores.
Heendy House (Pet Park), a 400-pyeong facility located on the rooftop of Building B, features a small and medium-sized dog exercise area, agility course, photo zone where you can take pictures with your dog, and a rest area for owners. As additional pet-related services, Coco Square, a total pet shop, is located on the 1st floor, and Dog Lounge, a pet-friendly rest area, is on the 2nd floor of Building A. Also, pet strollers can be rented at the service lounge on the 1st floor of Building A, and pet-friendly elevators are available.
