Yeongdong Wine Tunnel

The Yeongdong Wine Tunnel, created in the Yeongdong-gun Rainbow Healing Tourist Site, is a 420m-long tunnel that has become a new landmark of Yeongdong, equipped with facilities to rest while exploring the history of wine, a space to exhibit and sell wines from Yeongdong farms, as well as a wine tasting room, experience center, restaurant, and cultural performance hall. The gate sculpture is a pretty symbol welcoming visitors to the Grape Wine Tunnel, and upon entering the tunnel, it is composed of 10 theme zones: Grape Field Journey, Wine Culture Hall, Yeongdong Wine Hall, World Wine Hall, Wine in Movies, Mirror Room, Wine Experience Hall, Fantasy Tunnel, Event Hall, and Photo Zone. It illuminates with the theme colors of 10 world-famous grape-producing countries, provides various information such as grape cultivation and varieties, and introduces the history of grape wine that has accompanied human civilization since ancient times, the spread of wine beloved by people worldwide, and Yeongdong, the mecca of Korean grape wine. There are photo zones for taking pictures and five-sense-satisfying experience spaces where you can see, hear, learn, taste, and feel. The Fantasy Tunnel is used as the exit passage from the Wine Tunnel, leaving visitors with a lingering desire to return.
