양구군민공원은 큰 공원이 아니지만 벤치와 시원해 보이는 인공폭포가 조성되어 있어 잠깐 앉아서 쉬기 좋은 곳이다. 또한 공원 내에 비봉전망타워도 있어 둘러보기 좋다.
지역 주민들의 소통과 여가를 위한 공원으로 일상 속 쉼을 얻기 좋은 장소이다. 일상의 작은 휴식처이자 활력소가 되어 주는 곳이다.
