주암댐 물문화관은 도수터널 체험과 수력발전 탐구 등을 할 수 있는 전시실과 야외 전망대, 그리고 기획전시실로 구성되어 있다. 전시 관람뿐 아니라 야외 전망대에서 주암호 전망을 조망할 수 있다. 가장 쉬운 가족 단위 소풍 장소가 될 수 있다.
