[Gyeonggi Old Road Samnam-gil Route 1] Hanyang Gateway Road

The first Samnam-gil road, Hanyang Gate Road, starts from Namtaeryeong. If you leave Namtaeryeong Station and walk toward Namtaeryeong, you can see the old Namtaeryeong road marker. Ononsa Temple, which can be found after passing Gwacheon Cathedral, is where King Jeongjo stayed during his royal journey. Leaving Ononsa Temple behind, passing Gwacheon Hyanggyo, which is also the entrance to the Gwanak Mountain hiking trail, Gwacheon City Hall, and Gwacheon Government Complex, you can come across Gaja Well, which is said to have been appointed by King Jeongjo for its excellent water taste. From here, if you continue along the path, you will arrive at the old site of Indeokwon.
