Grandmother's House Main Branch

The main branch of Oehalmeonijip is a traditional food restaurant on Gagok-ro, Eumseong-gun, and is a Safe Restaurant designated by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs. It is close to Gamgok IC for easy access and has a large parking lot. Since it opens in the morning, breakfast is also available. In 2001 it was designated a Traditional Restaurant by Chungcheongbuk-do, and it received an encouragement award at the 4th Chungcheongbuk-do Local Food Contest for making tofu directly using traditional methods. In autumn and winter it serves cheonggukjang as tasted in one's old hometown, and it is also a place where you can enjoy a glass of dongdongju, which pairs well with tofu dishes. In particular, it is a famous restaurant for hand-made tofu hot pot, boiling soft hand-made tofu, vegetables and fresh shrimp in rich broth. Because the tofu is made by hand every morning with 100% domestic soybeans, you can eat with confidence, and the atmosphere and music make one think even more of home.
