Songjeong Reservoir (Buyeo)

Songjeong Reservoir, also called Deogyong Reservoir, is a clear, clean flatland reservoir created by damming Yongdongcheon Stream, a tributary of the Geumgang River. In the middle of the reservoir is a mountain formed of bedrock, and this rock is called Ulbawi. The reservoir and mountain together boast superb scenery, and a pedestrian bridge has been built to Ulbawi. Many people visit, centering on the Seodongyo Theme Park and the Buyeo County Youth Training Center located in the northern part of the reservoir.
Nearby tourist attractions include Seodongyo Theme Park, Buyeo-gun Youth Training Center, as well as Dongbu Reservoir and Chukdong Reservoir.
